For over 13 years now Hoite has been working as an all-round tax specialist focusing on Dutch (real estate) and international taxation, mainly in the Family Office. With specific expertise as a former in-house tax manager Hoite is capable of not only providing excellent tax advice but also ‘translating’ this to comprehensive and understandable memos for non-tax specialists.

The challenge of providing solid and comprehensive tax advice to entrepreneurs, their businesses and the families involved with those businesses is the main reason why he loves his work. Moreover, he believes client knowledge is everything and to that extent he goes further than just providing tax advice.
