We advise charity organizations (ANBI) on their respective tax issues and we advise families interested in setting-up their own charity. We assist and advise proactively to ensure on-going compliance with all legal and tax laws and regulations. Due to our experience with ANBI’s we know the tax issues that a charity might encounter. Such as what is the best (tax) route to receive a gift or inheritance, discussions and negotiations with the Dutch tax authorities on related matters, but also introductions to and within our network.

Real estate

Charities receive cash funds, but also physical assets, such as real estate. Real estate transfers are subject to taxation, but if planned carefully, this can be prevented, saving cash within the charity and maximizing the gift or inheritance.

Sometimes one charity is better than two charities. Saving on overhead, staff and office space, leaves more for the core business. We can guide you through this process.
